Service Description

BRK Studio provides website creation, booking system setup, hosting, and related services for service businesses. The exact scope is defined in your service agreement.

User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your account, and use the platform in compliance with applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

The platform, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by BRK Studio. You retain ownership of your business content and customer data.

Liability Limitations

BRK Studio is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or data loss. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription with 30 days notice. Refunds are prorated for the remainder of the billing period.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brussels.
